Once you have your detailed list, you will have the option to ask Mr. Handyman to quote any or all of the potential improvements. Our projects are always completed on time and on budget to what we agree upon.
You can choose to pay labor only and buy the materials deemed necessary to complete the project or you can let us handle the materials needed in the quote so you can enjoy the process hands free. You would only need to pick out your colors, tiles, fixture and finishes with the latter option.

An assessment fee of $75 will be charged for assessments however, this will be deducted from your invoice if Mr. Handyman's services are used.

10% Supplies & Incidental Expense Charge (on labour only)
Payment Due When Job is Complete (accept cash, debit, credit, cheque or e-transfer)
50% deposit due before date is booked or services rendered
$75 Assessment Fee (to be deducted off invoice if services acquired)
