We install light fixtures, ceiling fans, light switches and electrical outlets, toilets, doors, wall mount TV's, pictures, mirrors, washers, dryers, fridges and cooking ranges (stoves). Let us know what you need help with! We can even take away the used or old appliances at your request (at an added expense).

TOILET
$500 per
Installation of one standard floor mount toilet.
Disposal of one toilet.
Includes new wax ring and supply line.
KITCHEN STOVE/RANGE
$200 per
Installation or setup of one standard kitchen cooking range.
Hookup of gas line to existing valve or main line.
Levelling and placement of range.
($100 for disposal of range)

RANGE HOOD EXHAUST FAN
$200 per
Replacement of one standard range hood exhaust fan.
Disposal of one range hood exhaust fan.
*Existing wiring, exhaust pipe and mounting plate must be present.
WASHER AND DRYER
$400 per pair ($200 each)
Installation or setup of one washer and one dryer.
Water hose hookup to wall (hot/cold) and elec. plug in.
Dryer gas line hook up to existing propane valve/line.
Dryer exhaust hookup to existing vent/pipe.
Levelling and placement of washer/dryer combo.
($200 for disposal of W/D set)
MICROWAVE RANGE HOOD EXHAUST FAN
$300 per
Replacement of one standard range hood microwave exhaust fan.
Disposal of one range hood exhaust fan.

ART HANGING & MIRROR PLACEMENT
