Our projects are always completed on time and on budget to what we agree upon.
You can choose to pay labor only and buy the materials deemed necessary to complete the project or you can let us handle the materials needed in the quote so you can enjoy the process hands free. You would only need to pick out your colors, tiles, fixture and finishes with the latter option.

50% down upon agreement of quote with remainder due upon completion (unless otherwise agreed upon). Client picks out and purchases paint, furniture, fittings, tubs, toilets, flooring, etc... and our trusted team will arrange pickup/delivery.
